Community Policy
This covers the pages under highway19media.com/community/ — landing pages Highway 19 Media builds and hosts for local businesses. Each page belongs to the business named on it.
What the form collects
The form on a community page asks for your name, address, phone number and email address. Nothing else is required, and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that real visitors never see.
Submitting also records the time of the submission, the page it came from, and the IP address it came from, so we can tell genuine enquiries from automated spam.
Where it goes
Your details are sent to Highway 19 Media and passed to the business named on that page, so they can contact you about the work you asked about. That is the only reason we collect it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Analytics
Community pages may use analytics to count visits and see which sections people read. Each community page is measured on its own — nothing is combined with the main Highway 19 Media site.
Asking us to remove your details
Email [email protected] and ask, and we will delete what we hold and tell the business on the page to do the same.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
